The DroneShow, the main professional drone event in Latin America, will become even bigger and more relevant to the market from 2024 onwards, when it will expand its trade fair and its programming of forums and seminars beyond aerial robotics. As of the 10th edition, the event organized by MundoGEO will add land and aquatic mobile robots to its portfolio, thus changing its name to DroneShow Robotics.

The intention of this change is to maximize the synergy that exists between these robotics sectors, since they are complementary technologies and that in many activities they can be used together to obtain the best products and services, such as inspections, security, logistics, agriculture, among others.

In the 2023 edition, MundoGEO had already held the 1st Autonomous Mobile Robotics Forum within the DroneShow. The great demand for the forum and the entry of companies of this sector at the fair served as a reason for this expansion to take place next year, even coinciding with the move to a larger venue: Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Amarelo, in São Paulo, between May 21st and 23rd.

In addition, DroneShow Robotics will have even more connection with MundoGEO Connect and SpaceBR Show, MundoGEO events that take place in parallel and in the same venue. The three events brought together 5,700 participants and 120 exhibitors in 2023 at the Frei Caneca Convention Center, in São Paulo. DroneShow Robotics will also mark the new phase of MundoGEO, recently acquired by the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG).

“This expansion of the trade fair for the sector of terrestrial and aquatic robotics arrives to meet the demand of this sector that grows every day with new solutions in security, monitoring and logistics. In addition, it is a market in which, since 2022, we are publishing news on the MundoGEO.com portal in a specific mobile robotics channel”, says MundoGEO CEO, Emerson Granemann.

As successfully happened at this year’s SpaceBR Show, DroneShow Robotics will also organize a Business Roundtable, offering companies and institutions in the robotics sector the opportunity to participate in pre-scheduled meetings with representatives of industry, government and other institutions to present their products and services, increasing the possibility of generating qualified leads and partnership and business opportunities.
The complete schedule of DroneShow Robotics, as well as the list of exhibitors, will be available soon on the website www.droneshowla.com. So far, more than 70% of the area with stands has been sold or reserved.
