FITuav, unmanned airplane produced by Brazilian company FITec, has recently flown under Belo Horizonte’s sky.

FITec considered the experience "a success", partly because of the vehicle’s total autonomy. According to Aderbal Borges, FITec’s director of business development, the next step will be the development of new functions and applications.

FITuav was projected for low complexity visual inspection and remote sensing and is planned to be in the market within the next three months.
