The agreement currently includes the Google Search Appliance and Google Earth Enterprise solutions which will be made available on DLT’s GSA Schedule, DLT GS-35F-4543G.
Google Earth Enterprise mapping solutions make GIS data easily accessible to government officials from senior leaders to workers in the field, allowing them to make more informed decisions. Public sector uses include emergency response, natural resources management, transportation planning and more.
The Google Search Appliance currently powers website search for many federal agencies, making it easy for citizens to access the information they need. The same technology can give government employees fast, relevant results when searching internal agency information.
