Seminar: GIS, GEOBIM and Artificial Intelligence

The seminar will feature presentations of increasingly innovative GIS applications. Traditional Geoprocessing technologies will be covered, as well as topics related to Artificial Intelligence, GEOBIM, and Augmented and Expanded Reality. Moderation: Déborah Cançado Peixoto Pires (FF).

Seminar: eVTOLs in the Urban Air Mobility Ecosystem

The eVTOLs in the Urban Air Mobility Ecosystem Seminar is an opportunity for public managers to learn about the development of this technology and how it is shaping up to reach cities, as well as to understand the positive and disruptive aspects of eVTOLs and the opportunities they provide. Moderator: Alexandre Bürgel – Director – Innova.

Seminar: Geoinformation and Digital Twins in city management

The seminar aims to explain how the Multipurpose Technical Catastre and geographic data are essential to making cities in Brazil smarter and more sustainable. It will also discuss how geospatial technologies can support the creation of Digital Twins to simulate hypothetical situations and test solutions to better manage our cities. Moderator: Luciana Pascarelli (GeoSampa).

Seminar: Geospatial technologies in the Prevention of Environmental Disasters

The seminar will bring together experts in reality capture – using sensors on satellites, planes and drones – and in geographic analysis using AI to prevent and minimize the impacts of prolonged droughts, fires and floods. The objective will be to promote discussion on innovations and challenges for efficient environmental management and the response of civil defense in mitigating the effects of climate change. Moderator: Wilson Holler (Embrapa Florestas).

June 5

Seminar: Geospatial Technologies and Drones in Agriculture

This seminar will feature lectures and debates by experts on the use of geospatial technologies and drones for mapping, management, crop estimates, handling, spraying, and identifying faults and diseases with the aim of improving productivity in the field and preserving the environment. Moderator: Janice Ferreira da Silveira (Vantum).

Business Roundtable

At the Business Roundtable that will take place at the trade fair, exhibiting companies in the sector will have the opportunity to participate in pre-scheduled 20-minute meetings, according to the demand and supply of interested parties, increasing the possibility of generating qualified leads and opportunities for partnerships and business in the drone, geospatial technology, space and advanced air mobility markets.

Simultaneous events

Simultaneously to DroneShow Robotics and MundoGEO Connect 2025, two other technology events will be held at the same location: SpaceBR Show, for the space sector; and Expo eVTOL, for the Aviation of the Future. The Smart City Business Brasil, dedicated to smart cities, will be held in the pavilion next door.

Highlights from the last edition

The DroneShow Robotics, MundoGEO Connect, SpaceBR Show and Expo eVTOL 2024 exhibitions exceeded expectations and brought together 8,100 professionals from 33 countries over three days, a 42% increase over the previous edition. Organized by MundoGEO, the events took place from May 21 to 23, 2024 at the Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Amarelo, in São Paulo (SP), Brazil, and established themselves as the largest meeting in the Americas that brings together the sectors of drones, geographic intelligence, space and eVTOL aircraft in the same space.

The exhibition area, which grew 50% in size compared to 2023, brought together 120 exhibitors representing more than 200 brands, with emphasis on national and international players. In addition, the program, which included 25 activities covering courses, seminars and forums, featured 180 speakers from various countries, enabling the sharing of knowledge and experiences in these markets.
