Expo eVTOL 2027, scheduled for June 15–17, 2027, at the Expo Center Norte (Blue Pavilion) in São Paulo, Brazil, will feature new developments. Now in its fourth edition, the event will include a dedicated, clearly marked area for exhibitors from the Advanced Air Mobility and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft sectors. Furthermore, it will host a new event: the Air Mobility Summit Latam 2027.
The goal of these initiatives is to bring key players in this ecosystem closer together and facilitate connections between them and the professionals visiting the trade show and participating in content-driven activities—including the Advanced Air Mobility course, which was a highlight of the 2026 edition.
Expo eVTOL takes place concurrently and at the same venue as three other events organized by MundoGEO and IEG Brasil: MundoGEO Connect, DroneShow Robotics, and SpaceBR Show. With these changes and a dedicated area exclusively for Advanced Air Mobility activities and exhibitors, Expo eVTOL will stand out to visitors specifically interested in this sector.
“We are witnessing new developments with the progress of eVTOL certifications in the United States and Europe, as well as the certification of the EVE 100 in Brazil. Expo eVTOL keeps pace with this progress and remains steadfast in its mission—established in 2023—to promote this sector and prepare society for the impacts of this new technology,” says Emerson Granemann, CEO of MundoGEO.

Forum and Seminar Pave the Way for Air Mobility Summit Latam 2027
The eVTOL & Advanced Air Mobility Forum and the Urban Air Mobility Seminar—held since 2023 and 2025, respectively—are merging to create an event with more comprehensive content that aligns with the ecosystem’s advancements. Starting next year, they will give way to the Air Mobility Summit Latam 2027.
This change brings together discussions that previously took place separately. While the Forum addressed topics related to technology, infrastructure, and regulation, the Seminar delved into issues concerning urban integration. By combining the two events, the Air Mobility Summit bridges a gap by integrating closely related discussions.
The name change—now in English—reinforces the positioning of Expo eVTOL and the Summit itself as an international event; it is no longer limited to Brazil but expands to include discussions relevant to Latin America, the United States, and Europe. Participation by visitors from other countries in recent editions laid the groundwork for this expansion. This shift will also result in a program featuring more international speakers.
The Air Mobility Summit Latam 2027 will also feature an Advisory Board composed of respected professionals in the Advanced Air Mobility sector. This select group will work alongside the event organizers to define thematic tracks and develop panels covering the most relevant current topics. The members of the Advisory Board will be announced soon.
“The creation of the Air Mobility Summit Latam is a significant step not only for Expo eVTOL but also for the entire community that has been gathering for years at the Forum and the Seminar. This merger will allow topics to intertwine and discussions to deepen, reinforcing alignment with the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem itself,” explains Gustavo Ribeiro, coordinator of the Air Mobility Summit Latam. Expo eVTOL will continue in 2027 with the support of key institutions, such as the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the Department of Airspace Control (DECEA).
Expo eVTOL is not limited to the fair and the Summit
Expo eVTOL takes place as an in-person event over three days each year. However, its role in connecting the market and the community extends throughout the year via online platforms, including website news, social media, and virtual events.
“We are committed to keeping the community updated with daily content and online events, helping to foster sustainable business and connect key ecosystem players—ranging from aircraft manufacturers and operators to energy providers, vertiport developers, regulatory agencies, and government bodies,” emphasizes Emerson Granemann.
Leading up to the June 2027 event, Expo eVTOL will host free live sessions featuring professionals from the Advanced Air Mobility sector to showcase the latest news and trends. The first live session looking ahead to 2027 will take place on August 25, featuring Renata Cavion, a professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), discussing “The geography of noise in urban air mobility“.
