The International Fair of Geodesy and Cartography GEOS 2007 will again take place in Prague during March 1st to 3rd 2007.
Enclosed please find basic information on the fair. The accompanying conference will be focused on the following subjects:
Thursday, March 1st:
– Our Profession in the Era of its Expansion to the Other Professions;
– Geoinformation and GIS, Cartography and Map Creation;
– Navigation Systems and Services Based on Location.
Friday, March 2nd:
– Basic Geodetic Control and Geodetic Work;
– Cadastre of Real Estate;
– Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
Abstracts of papers have to be submitted to Jitka.Jurkova@vugtk.cz by December 31th 2006 at the latest. Information about submission of any paper to the conference programme will be given to you till January 5th 2007, and the full text of your paper has to be sent by January 31st 2007. Your presentation should not last longer than 25 minutes.
