Spot Image Corporation announces its acquisition of an interest in information, integration and imaging LLC (i-cubed), a geospatial information solutions company based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
“I-cubed has been a partner of Spot Image for many years and is a key supplier of online imaging services and Web technologies”, said Hervé Buchwalter, Spot Image’s Chairman & CEO.
Buchwalter believes that the investment will strenght the group´s longstanding relationship with i-cubed and boost the deplyment of its geoweb strategy.
“The strategic partnership will also facilitate more robust, ready-to-go-to-work solutions for customers of all three companies”, said Russ Cowart, President of i-cubed.
Spot Image is associated with ESRI in i-cubed and is looking forward to working with them to bring imagery content into GIS solutions.
