Statera, a local IT solutions provider, announced it has established a new Business Geo-Intelligence practice.  In forming this new set of solutions, Statera will be able to expand its offerings to include the integration of geospatial technologies into mission critical business applications.   Statera’s Business Geo-Intelligence practice will include offerings such as Site Selection, Lease Management, Market Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and CRM Integration.

“Statera’s Business Geo-Intelligence practice is designed to enable organizations to leverage rich and relevant geospatial systems to either increase their sales through market intelligence or to optimize their operations”, said Mark Hardy, Principal at Statera. “The GIS market has matured and companies such as ESRI have evolved their software tools to take advantage of service oriented architectures.  We have leveraged Statera’s core business services and have extended their offerings to include a new component; geospatial technologies.   We have coined the term Business Geo-Intelligence to describe how businesses can geospatially enable their applications to more effectively meet their goals.”

“We listen to our customers and also keep an eye on technology directions.  When key partners such as Microsoft invest in the geospatial market with Virtual Earth and other products, we respond by providing expert services in support of these new products.” said Brad Weydert, President of Statera.   “We are excited about this new offering and are confident in our ability to deliver added value to our clients’ business initiatives.”
