Timmons Group, a leader in Enterprise Asset Management consulting services, was recently selected by the District of Columbia to implement the Cityworks® suite of GIS-centric maintenance management software for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT).  Timmons Group will design and implement the tiered Cityworks® Maintenance Management System (MMS) to include both desktop and web-based application functionality to handle all work requests, work order life-cycle management, and inspections for all of the assets under DDOT’s responsibility.

The implementation will build upon the Cityworks successes already realized by DDOT’s Urban Forestry Administration by providing full integration with the District’s enterprise GIS and improving the daily work management workflows of each of the user administrations.  Timmons Group will facilitate a multi-year phased implementation to include:

– Program Management
– Cityworks® MMS software (Service Request, Desktop, Anywhere, Server) Implementation and Configuration
– Business Process Analysis and Improvements
– Administrator and End-User Training
– Systems Integration
– Ongoing Maintenance and Support
