Space and Society Program coordinator of the National Institute For Space Research (INPE), Antonio Miguel Vieira Monteiro, lectures about Introduction to Space Approach in Public Health in August 22, in Urbanova campus, Univap – Universidade do Vale do Paraíba, in São José dos Campos.

The course joins the “11th Congresso Paulista de Saúde Pública”, and will present technical concepts of space approaching and its powerful use in Public Health sector, illustrated with the operationalization of a public domain developed by INPE (TerraView). Will take part of this course professionals who work in planning, epidemiology and situational analysis.

Still in the “11th Congresso Paulista de Saúde Pública”, INPE’s researcher participates in a panel on August 24th, at 04:30pm, about “Health, politics and territory: the technical and political rationality for an effective regionalization”.
