Merrick & Company announces that Rocco A.L. Rabilotta Pisters has joined the firm’s subsidiary, Merrick Advanced Photogrammetry of the Americas (MAPA), in Mexico City and serves the geospatial solutions (GSS) team as Director of Geo-IT.
Rabilotta will take the lead in the growth and development of MAPA’s Geo-IT market sector, which incorporates a plan to provide document software solutions to MAPA’s new and existing clients.

Rabilotta offers 20 years in consulting, project management, design, and development in the Geo-IT environment. He is currently assisting MAPA with work on the Cadastral Management Solution for the Cadastral Institute of Oaxaca. Prior to joining Merrick, Rabilotta was employed by Intergraph, Mexico. This experience will allow him to improve the marketing strategy and technical capabilities of Intergraph’s products, which are a part of MAPA’s portfolio. He is a graduate from the University of Havana, Cuba and holds a Bachelor of Science in applied physics.
