The award ceremony will take place on June 19 in Sao Paulo, Brazil
On June 19, the ceremony of MundoGEO#Connect 2013 Awards will take place in Sao Paulo (SP), Brazil. The award presentation recognizes professionals, companies, institutions and brands of the geospatial industry. The five finalists list is available of each category.
“In the preliminary stage, we evaluated the relevance of the categories from previous years (2011 and 2012) and asked the community suggestions for new categories for this year’s awards, which brought us pleasant surprises, such as the best Facebook page,” says Eduardo Freitas, coordinator of the prize. “In the first stage, with all categories defined, once again we asked the geospatial community to indicate who the finalists should be,” he concludes.
