Orbisat , Topocart, Geofusion, Fototerra and MundoGEO will be seeking new opportunities in the international market by participating as exhibitors at Intergeo Brazil Pavilion
With all eyes on the global market, five Brazilian companies will be at Intergeo – the world’s leading trade fair for geodesy, geoinformation and land management – that will be held in Essen, Germany between the 8th and 10th of October. Three of these companies work with mapping, one with geomarketing and other one with media and communications.
Topocart was founded in 1991 and specializes in executing mapping projects using its own aircraft and embedded optical and laser sensors. The company operates in Angola, United States and Spain, in addition to maintaining offices and representations in countries like India, China, United Arab Emirates, Mexico and Argentina.
Orbisat is a member company of Embraer Defense and Security, created in early 2011. The company specialty is in the area of remote sensing, using radar sensors with a focus on Brazil, but also performed previously projects in Venezuela.
Geofusion, founded in 1998 , offers market intelligence solutions with geographical focus for retail, franchise, food, shopping, industry, real estate and financial. Intel Capital Criatec Investiment Funds is the main investor at Geofusion.
Fototerra is a geoinformation technology company. It was founded in 1993 with primary focus on data acquisition by airborne sensors, geodesy and offshore solutions in the areas of surveying, thematic maps, elevation data, and development of systems and solutions for GIS.
MundoGEO, founded in 1998, is the leader in Latin America in integrated solutions for media and communication for the geospatial and LBS sectors. Its mission is to connect the hundred thousand registered professionals and users of geoinformation through its channels: magazines, webinars, news webportal, online courses and MundoGEO#Connect LatinAmerica – Conference and Trade Fair of Geomatics and Geospatial Solutions, held annually in Sao Paulo. This is the greatest geospatial event in Latin America, gathering in its last edition more than 3,500 participants from 25 countries, 130 speakers and 70 global brands.
