webinar united states Webinar on Geological Surveys Digital National Map will be held next weekThe USGS is the national mapping agency of the United States and produces a range of digital geospatial products and services, from GIS-ready water data to GeoPDF topographic maps.  Hear how the USGS produces more that 18,000 new detailed topo maps per year.

With free registration, this event is aimed at anyone interested in the national mapping program of the US and the technological advance we have made in recent years.

Speaker: Mark DeMulder, Director, National Geospatial Program, United States Geological Survey, and US Representative to the Pan American Institute of Geography and History; Cartography Commission. Attendees will be able to interact with the speakers by sending their comments and questions through chat. All attendees of this web seminar will receive certificates for their participation.
