Orbit Geospatial Presents the Microdome Mapping Solution

Orbit Geospatial Technologies presents the Microdrone Mapping solution at Europe’s main GIS fair INTERGEO in Leipzig, Germany. The Microdrone Aireal Mapping Solution gives way to a whole new method of mapping.

The Microdrone UAV is a small autonomous, ultra light and very stable aireal vehicle that can be GPS controlled to take vertical pictures along a GPS track. These images can be processed to a photogrammetric project for stereo captation and orthoimage production.

This solution has been built by Orbit GT and will be presented at Intergeo this year.
