The JAGUAR PLAN is a project from the European Space Agency (ESA) leaded by the EO specialised Spanish company INDRA Espacio. The JAGUAR PLAN belongs to the EOMD programme (Earth Observation Market Development), which is devoted to foster the usage of geo-information products and services within new markets and sectors.

The aim of the JAGUAR PLAN is to analyse the current situation of the EO sector in the Latin American and Caribbean region in order to draw a Strategic Plan (“Plan Jaguar”), by the end of 2007, to steer the activities in the area during the following five years.

The study includes a market characterization supported by the execution of mini-projects (small outreach pilot projects) in different countries involving local stakeholders (to be selected during Q2 2007) and the final action plan reflecting the recommendations for the future.

The website intends to be a place where contacts between EO stakeholders from Latin America and Caribe, Canada and Europe can be established and information can be exchanged, in order to make collaboration easier for future projects.

Enter the web for further information, and leave your data!

It is a good opportunity to establish professional contacts and let other EO actors know about your activities.
