Hemisphere GPS Completes Settlement Of Patent Infringement Lawsuits

Hemisphere GPS, a designer and manufacturer of advanced GPS products reported that it has reached a confidential settlement with Trimble Navigation Limited, relating to outstanding patent infringement lawsuits in the Northern District of California and the District of Kansas. In accordance with the terms of the settlement, the actions will be discontinued immediately.
