MundoGEO, leader in the organization of events and publication of magazines and web portal for the geospatial industry in Latin America, has just released a new category in the Companies Guide: UAVs section, dedicated exclusively to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.
For more than 10 years introducing to the market the best services and products companies from the geospatial sector, MundoGEO Companies Guide has more than 100 enterprises. Along with Brazil, it also includes companies from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
The creation of the new UAVs category reflects the demand and interest in this subject, which was recently the topic of a seminar in Sao Paulo (Brazil), with real-time streaming over the Internet. Over 400 participants discussed the regulations and opportunities in this market, and the characteristics and applications of various types of UAVs with sensors to map production in the areas of environment, forestry, agriculture, infrastructure and land management.
The UAVs will also be the theme of the cover story of next issue (70) of the MundoGEO magazine, being released later this month. Next year, MundoGEO will hold the third edition of the MundoGEO#Connect LatinAmerica event in Sao Paulo, which already has UAVs companies confirmed as exhibitors at the trade fair, as well as a seminar on the subject.
