How to participate:
BUYER / DEMANDANT – Companies, institutions or public/governmental bodies that are interested in acquiring and/or learning about new solutions, technologies, products and/or services in the geospatial technologies, drones, space and aerial and advanced mobility/eVTOLs market.
SUPPLIER/OFFERER – Companies exhibiting at the MundoGEO Connect, DroneShow, SpaceBR Show and Expo eVTOL events that have new solutions, technologies, products and/or services in the geospatial technologies, drones, space and aerial and advanced mobility/eVTOLs market.
The Business Roundtable will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of May, in the official program of the fairs MundoGEO Connect, DroneShow, SpaceBR Show and Expo eVTOL 2024, at Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Amarelo, in São Paulo (SP), Brazil, and will offer companies and sector institutions the opportunity to participate in pre-scheduled meetings according to the demand and supply of interested parties, increasing the possibility of generating qualified leads and partnership and business opportunities.
This is yet another facility for interacting with your best customers and most desired prospects. The space is fully structured by the event organization so that you can make the most of it. Do not miss this opportunity!

HOW THE MATCHMAKING PROCESS WORKS FOR THE BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE
• You will fill out the Business Roundtable registration form and inform us of the products, services and solutions that your company is interested in finding;
• The invited BUYERS/DEMANDANTS will receive the list of companies exhibiting at the MundoGEO Connect, DroneShow, SpaceBr Show and Expo eVTOL exhibitions, with the specifications of the products/services offered that you informed us upon registration;
• The BUYERS/DEMANDANTS will then choose, according to their demand and interest, which supplier/offering companies they would like to receive for partnership/business meetings;
• Once BUYERS/DEMANDANTS have chosen which SUPPLIERS/OFFERERS they would like to meet with, our team will organize a meeting agenda and communicate which ones have been chosen for action. The agenda will then be sent with the location, day and time of the meetings.
DYNAMICS AND INFORMATION
Each meeting will last 20 minutes. The BUYER/DEMANDANT and the SUPPLIER/OFFERER (exhibitors) will participate in person on May 22nd and 23rd, 2024 at Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Amarelo, in São Paulo (SP), Brazil.
